Values and culture

CESICAT defines the values on which its corporate culture is based. From these, it has created its professional code of conduct.


The foundation maintains the organisational values that were established in 2013. Based on these, it develops its organisational culture and determines its code of conduct. The organisation uses these principles to guide all its activities and people involved in them, creating the corporate culture that defines CESICAT’s ethical and professional operation.
